Zelio Logix Loader
Most electric scooters are built for commuters. The Logix Loader is built for the delivery partner doing 70 km a day, the kiryana store owner sending out home deliveries, the courier franchise running a small fleet. It is a working vehicle, Zelio priced and specced it accordingly.
Zelio already has 2 lakh+ happy riders across India and 350+ service centres across India. When something needs attention, help is not far.
Kunal Arya, Managing Director, Zelio E-Mobility stated:
“This segment doesn’t care about design or speed. It cares about cost per kilometre.”
“Last-mile logistics demands reliability, efficiency and low operating costs, and the 2026 Logix facelift has been designed exactly for that need. With improved safety features, smoother ride quality and a refreshed utility-focused design, the new Logix gives delivery riders and small businesses a more dependable workhorse to enhance productivity every single day.”
Price
The Zelio Logix Loader starts at Rs. 64,734* (ex-showroom). Available in Grey colour
*This price is only for Haryana and Punjab market, for other markets prices may vary.
Who It Is For
Delivery partners on Swiggy, Zomato, or courier platforms covering 60 to 80 km daily. Petrol is eating their margins. At 13 to 15 paise per kilometre, the Logix Loader changes that math fast.
Kiryana and local shop owners running daily home deliveries. If your delivery boy does not have a licence, it does not matter. No licence, no RTO registration, no mandatory insurance. You buy it and it is on the road the same day.
Small courier franchises in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities running 3 to 5 rider operations. The no-licence rule means onboarding riders is simpler and cheaper.
Vegetable and fruit vendors who currently move stock on a bicycle. The extended rear cargo platform gives real carrying room without a three-wheeler permit.

Running Cost
At 2 units per charge across 120 km, the Logix Loader costs roughly 13 to 15 paise per kilometre. A petrol scooter doing the same route costs Rs. 3 to Rs. 4 per kilometre. For a rider covering 60 km daily, that is a monthly saving of Rs. 4,500 to Rs. 5,500. Fuel savings alone recover the cost of the scooter within two years.
One Thing Worth Noting
Most cargo scooters at this price give you a rear drum brake. The Logix Loader has disc brakes on both wheels. When the vehicle is loaded, stopping distance increases. That rear disc is not a feature tick; it is the practical choice.
Warranty
2 years on motor controller and frame.
FAQs about Zelio Logix Loader
Q1: Does the Logix Loader need a driving licence or RTO registration?
No. It is a low-speed vehicle at 25 kmph. No licence, registration, or mandatory insurance required under current Indian law.
Q2: What is the actual range I can expect under load?
The rated range is 100 to 120 km. Under a full load and in stop-start city traffic, expect 80 to 95 km. That is still more than enough for a full delivery day in most Tier 2 cities.
Q3: Which battery option makes more sense for a delivery business?
If you are buying one vehicle for personal use and charging overnight at home, the gel variant saves money upfront. If you are running two or three vehicles across shifts and need faster charging and lower long-term maintenance, go lithium.
Q4: Both wheels have disc brakes. Is that standard?
Yes. Front disc and rear disc both come standard. That is not common at this price point in the cargo scooter segment.
Q5: Can I charge it at home with a regular socket?
Yes. A standard 5 amp household socket works. No dedicated EV charger or power outlet upgrade needed.
Q6: What is covered under warranty?
2-year warranty on the motor controller and frame.
Q7: Where can I buy the Zelio Logix Loader?
Through Zelio’s dealership network across 20+ states. Use the dealer locator on the official Zelio E-Mobility website to find the nearest outlet.
